There are many different ways to cope with mental health issues. Certain methods like breathing techniques, affirmations, positive thoughts, and many more can help people with and without mental health issues feel better throughout their life.

There are things you can control and things you can’t control. By knowing what you can control and how to control them, you can feel so much better mentally and physically. For example, you can’t control what will happen, but you can control how you deal with the situation. And with these techniques, you can learn to control your mental health problems.

breathing is a great way to calm down when you are spiriling through negative thoughts, stressing about some situation. Just taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth can help so much, try it right now! There are also different methods like:
the flower method - draw a flowers petals with your finger while you breathe in and out
triangle method - draw a triangle with your finger and inhale, hold, and exhale on each line
tea method - imagine you are holding a nice warm cup of tea or hot chocolate, inhale the delicious aroma, and exhale to cool it off.

Mental health can cause you to think more negatively or overthink situations. However, learning to think more positively and realistically can help you improve your mental state significantly.
Positive affirmations - tell yourself the positive things, even if you don’t believe it at that moment, it helps.
